1. Terms of Service
All products and services, including but not limited to the RITKRITI Rummy website and
mobile app and the games and services provided through them, (referred to collectively as
“Services” hereinafter) provided to you and offered by RITKRITI IT SERVICES
PRIVATE LIMITED and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, associates and partners (hereinafter
referred to as “We/we” or “Us/us”, “RITKRITI Rummy” or
“ritkritiitservicestech.com” or “Our/our”) through the
www.ritkritiitservicestech.com website and/or mobile app (hereinafter referred to as
“Website/Mobile App”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter
referred to as “Terms” or “Terms and Conditions”).
You must carefully read and agree to all the terms in these Terms and Conditions prior to
your use of our Services. “You” in these Terms and Conditions refers to
“user”, “player”, as well as every visitor to our Website/Mobile
App. By registering on the Website, you agree to receive notifications via SMS/RCS and
follow our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Game Rules.
You may note that if any single term laid down in RITKRITI Rummy.com’sTerms and Conditions
is found to be unlawful or unenforceable or is determined to be invalid or voidable or void
for any grounds by either a judicial or quasi-judicial body in India, it will not by any
means affect the enforceability and validity of any other terms in our Terms and Conditions.
If you do not wish to adhere to our Terms and Conditions or any of our future changes or
modifications to our Terms, you may choose to cease the use of our Services and any and all
features of our Website/Mobile App along with any services that we offer.
2. Agreement
Please make sure to read our Terms carefully and understand them properly. All the clauses
in RITKRITI Rummy.com’sTerms and Conditions are delineated in this Agreement and/or included
in the medium of reference that can be accessed by clicking on the related links provided
below. You should make sure that you have read and clearly understood our Agreement before
becoming a user of ritkritiitservicestech.com, and you must agree to follow our Terms and
Conditions, Privacy Policy, Fair Play Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Game cancellation
and Settlement Policy, Game Rules and all the policies laid down on the RITKRITI
Rummy.comWebsite/Mobile App and undertake to follow them. You are by all means bound by our
Agreement in any instance when you choose to use our Services or games of rummy or software.
We reserve the right to modify or amend our Terms at any time without prior notice to you.
Changes to these Terms,will be updated on the Website/Mobile App. Please do make sure to
review our Terms and Conditions to stay updated on the changes to our Terms. We may notify
you of some of the changes by sending you an email at your email address registered with us.
However, our notifying you, at our own discretion, via email shall not absolve you from your
responsibility to update yourself on any and all changes to our Terms and Conditions by
reviewing our updated Terms and Conditions on our Website/Mobile App. We may revise, amend,
or change any of our policies and game rules in our Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree to any changes and the new rules, you may choose to cease using our Services and send
us a request to lock your ritkritiitservicestech.com account. If you continue using our
Services after any amendments or changes to our Terms and Conditions, your continued use of
the Services shall constitute your agreement to our new Terms and it will be assumed that
you have read our updated/modified Terms and Conditions, and you have agreed to the changes
made to the Terms and Conditions, and you undertake to abide by the updated Terms and
Conditions. We may also add to our Terms and Conditions supplementary Terms and Conditions
for the use of our existing Services and/or any services that may be added to the Services.
In such a case, your continued use of the Services shall constitute your agreement to the
supplementary Terms and Conditions as well as the Terms in their entirety, and your use of
the Services shall be governed by the updated Terms and Conditions, including the
supplementary Terms and Conditions.
3.Description of Services
We provide our users/players with an excellent opportunity to enjoy our multiplayer rummy

Our Services are only intended to allow you to play rummy for the sole purpose of
entertainment. Playing online rummy is legal in India, but ritkritiitservicestech.com will
in no way be responsible or liable for any acts of betting or gambling that may take place
outside our Website/Mobile App.
4.Variants
On ritkritiitservicestech.com, you can play Points, Pool and Deals variants. You can play
both free and cash rummy games on ritkritiitservicestech.com. However, people living in
Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland and Telangana
are not permitted to play our cash games/tournaments as the aforementioned states do not
allow their residents to play real money rummy games.
5.Eligibility
We do not allow people under the age of 18 years to play our games. If you allow or assist
anyone who is below 18 years of age to access our Website/Mobile App or Services on your
computer or internet-enabled gadgets, internet connection and/or accessibility (either
borrowed or owned or leased), you will solely be responsible for your act and accept
complete liability for any outcome thereof, including any adverse consequences. Neither
ritkritiitservicestech.com, nor any other third party content provider, nor their related
agents shall be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or
consequential injuries or damages that may arise as a result of the use of or inability to
use our Website/Mobile App by the user, regardless of instances when such party or agent has
been warned of or advised against the possibility of similar injuries or damages.
We reserve the right to demand proof of your age at any moment to check and verify that no minor is using our Services or playing our games. We also have the right to ban any person from playing our games if the person provides false proof of age or is under suspicion of being under-age.
6.Creation and Operation of a User Account
To play our games, you are required to register with us on our Website/Mobile App using a
strong password. After registration, a username will be automatically assigned to you. For
account verification, you will be required to provide more personal information when you opt
to play our cash games/tournaments. Before depositing cash or playing cash games, you must
ensure that your password is strong and also includes capital letters, special characters,
and numerals.
7.Jurisdiction, Payments and Players’ Funds
Before you add cash to your RITKRITI Rummy account or play cash rummy games/tournaments on
our Website/Mobile App, you must acknowledge the legality of playing cash rummy
games/tournaments in the jurisdiction from where you are trying to play cash
games/tournaments. You are prohibited from playing cash games/tournaments on
ritkritiitservicestech.com if you are not legally competent to perform transactions in
Indian Rupees through banking channels in India and/or if you are not accessing
ritkritiitservicestech.com from a jurisdiction where playing cash online rummy
games/tournaments is legally permitted. Any violation of this policy will be considered a
breach of our Terms and Conditions and as a result, your RITKRITI Rummy account will be
locked immediately and you will not be entitled to receive any prizes from or refunds for
any such cash games/tournaments that you might have participated in on our Website/Mobile
App. You also acknowledge that the state laws of Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha,
Sikkim, Nagaland, and Telangana, also called Restricted Territories, do not permit the
residents of the aforementioned states to play cash rummy games or tournaments online. You
shall abide by these states’ laws and will not use RITKRITI Rummy’s Services to deposit
cash, withdraw cash, or participate in cash games/tournaments on RITKRITI Rummy while
residing in or visiting these states.
You are prohibited to play cash games on ritkritiitservicestech.com if you are not legally
competent to perform transactions in Indian rupees through banking channels in India and/or
if you are accessing ritkritiitservicestech.com from a jurisdiction where playing cash
online rummy games is not legally permitted. Any violation of this policy will be considered
a breach of our Terms, and as a result, your RITKRITI Rummy Accounnt shall be locked
immediately, and you shall not be entitled to receive any prizes or refunds from any cash
games in which you might have participated on our Website/Mobile App.Accessing the RITKRITI
Rummy Website/Mobile App from a Restricted Territory or from outside India by using IP or
GPS masking software programs such as Fake GPS, GPS Spoofer, etc. is a breach of theseTerms
and Conditions. Such breach of our Terms and Conditions shall result in you getting
permanently blocked and the deletion of your RITKRITI Rummy account with forfeiture of all
the balance in your RITKRITI Rummy account. Furthermore, using our Services, creating an
account on ritkritiitservicestech.com or playing our games from a Restricted Territory in/or
from outside India by using IP or GPS masking software programs such as Fake GPS, GPS
Spoofer, etc. is also a violation of applicable laws, and you shall be solely liable to any
penalties and/or penal action under the applicable laws.
8.Payments
8.1
When making a payment, please ensure that the instrument used to make the payment is your
own and is used to add cash to your user account only. Subject to the “Add Cash” limits
(limits on users’/players’ adding cash to their RITKRITI Rummy accounts) specified by us
from time to time, you are free to deposit as much money into your RITKRITI Rummy account as
you want for the purpose of participating in cash games on the Website/Mobile App. We want
you to play responsibly on our Website/Mobile App. Your ability to add cash to your user
account shall be subject to the Daily and Monthly “Add Cash” limits set by default, which we
can reset with undertakings, indemnity, waiver and verification conditions as we deem
appropriate in our sole discretion.
8.2
Payments made via Credit card, Debit card, Prepaid Cash card, UPI and internet banking are
processed by third party payment gateways. Similarly, payments made via other payment modes
also require an authorization by the intermediary that processes the payments. We are not
responsible for any delays or denials/rejections at such third parties’/intermediaries’ end,
and the processing of payments shall be subject to such third parties’/intermediaries’
terms, policies and procedures solely, and we shall not in any way be responsible for that.
If you face any issues while adding cash to your account, you can reach out to us using the
“Contact us” feature available in the “Help” section. You agree that in the event of your
credit being delayed or eventually declined for reasons beyond our control, we may not be
held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever. Once a payment/transaction is
authorized, the money is credited to your user account and is available to you to play cash
games on our Website/Mobile App.
8.3
We have the right to cancel a transaction at any point in time solely at our discretion, in
which case if the payment is successfully made, the transaction will be reversed and the
money will be credited back to your payment instrument. Players’ funds are held in trust by
us in specified bank accounts. RITKRITI Rummy keeps all its players’ funds
unencumbered and your funds will be remitted to you in due course subject to the Terms and
Conditions applicable to the withdrawal of funds. Funds held in your user account are held
separately from our corporate funds. Even in the extremely unlikely event of an insolvency
proceeding, your claim on the deposits will be given preference over all other claims to the
extent permissible by law.
8.4
TDS POLICY-
In line with the provisions contained in Finance Act, 2023, following TDS policy is
applicable for all players on RITKRITI Rummy from 1 Apr, 2023.
TDS is applicable at the time of withdrawal or deposit refund.
30% TDS is applicable on any positive net winnings at the time of withdrawal.
TDS is also applicable at the end of financial year on year end wallet balance (excluding
the amount on the table) by considering it as a withdrawal amount. Post applying TDS on the
remaining balance (as per policy), the remaining amount will be carried forward to the next
financial year as starting balance. Carried forward balance will be considered as investment
for next year and TDS would not be applicable for that amount.
Here, Net winnings = Total Withdrawals – Total Deposits (in a financial year). Apr 1 to Mar 31 duration is considered a financial year.
Please note that the TDS Policy is based on the understanding of the provisions as introduced/ amended by Finance Act, 2023 and the Company reserves its right to modify/ change/ amend the TDS Policy basis law applicable at the relevant time.
8.5
In respect of any transactions entered into on the platform, including making a payment to participate in the paid versions of skill game(s), you agree to be bound by the following payment terms:
The payment of a predetermined amount that the user makes to participate in any skill
game(s) is inclusive of the fixed platform fee charged by ritkritiitservicestech.com for
access to ritkritiitservicestech.com Services and the user’s contribution to the prize pool.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, all amounts collected from the user are held in a
separate non-interest earning Trust Account, which is responsible for the management of the
user account and the prize pool, until the determination of winners and distribution of
prizes. ritkritiitservicestech.com receives only its share of the platform fee through the
said Trust Account and has no control over the User Funds.
ritkritiitservicestech.com reserves the right to charge a platform fee, which can vary
periodically based on management’s discretion. The platform fee (inclusive of the applicable
tax thereon) will be debited from the user’s account balance and ritkritiitservicestech.com
will issue a transaction note for such debit to the user, which is visible in the user’s
Transaction History.
9.Deposits and Withdrawals
9.1
Withdrawals shall only be permitted in cases of winnings arising out of playing and
subsequently such withdrawals shall be transferred onto the user’s bank account. As a
requirement one ‘Add cash’ transaction is compulsory to withdraw any amount. Also to proceed
with a withdrawal a minimum value of Rs. 100 is required to be maintained by each user. When
a user submits a withdrawal request RITKRITI Rummy shall process it on the same day and such
requests shall be taken up by RITKRITI Rummy only till 3pm on any such given day. However,
for the amount to reflect on a user’s bank account it may additionally take 2-3 days’ time.
9.2
For any withdrawal to be successfully processed, users will be required to produce their KYC
documents and users shall also provide Bank Account details that are associated with their
name and the same should be reflected on their Pan Cards.
9.3
Only 1 withdrawal transaction per day shall be permitted per user and under no circumstances
can a user place requests to allow more than one withdrawal on any given day. Account
monitoring shall be practiced in cases of suspicious gaming, detection of multiple accounts
etc., For this reason it is pertinent to mention that withdrawals are subject to clearance
and the Management reserves the right to accept or decline your Withdrawal request.
9.4
The deposits made by any user in the Deposit Segment is purely for the purpose of enabling a
user’s participation in the Cash Games and does not carry or generate any interest or
return.
9.5
You hereby represent and warrant that the payment instrument/mode used for adding cash to
Your RITKRITI Rummy Accounnt , belongs to You. The processing of payments will be solely in
terms of the applicable policies and procedures of the relevant third parties, without any
responsibility or risk at Our end.
9.6
Once a payment/transaction is authorised and confirmed, and the funds are received by Us, the amount is credited to the Deposit Segment on our Website and/or Application and is available for You to play Cash Games. You understand and agree that we are not liable in the event of Your credit being delayed or eventually declined, and You are required to follow up with the providers of the payment instrument You used to initiate the transaction.
9.7
A Withdrawal Request will be accepted by Us subject to adequate KYC verifications, alignment
with the deposit method, Discount terms/restrictions, and/or security reviews by Our
automated systems and risk management team. You agree that all Withdrawals You make are
governed by the following conditions:
You can Withdraw all or any part of Your Withdrawable Balance, subject to the levy of
applicable processing fee (depending on the Withdrawal method), and applicable taxes.
You may Withdraw a minimum of INR 100.00 (Indian Rupees One Hundred only) and a maximum of
INR 1,00,000.00 (Indian Rupees One Lakh only) per transaction. When Withdrawing funds,
payment will be made to You either by electronic wire transfer, or any other manner in
accordance with Your stated preferences and Applicable Law. We also reserve the right to
disburse the amount to the financial instrument/mode used to add cash to Your Deposit
Segment. The foregoing limits on withdrawal may be changed or modified by Us from time to
time.
Withdrawal Requests shall, subject to Withdrawal restrictions specified in these Terms and
the Platform, be processed post Your KYC verification. We may ask You for Your KYC documents
at any stage to verify Your address and identity.
Discount, bonus and promotional winnings are not directly withdrawable and are subject to
the terms and conditions applicable to their grant.
9.8
RITKRITI Rummy will attempt to process your withdrawal request in a timely manner, but there
may be delays due to the time required for the KYC verification, security checks, and other
processes involved in completing the Withdrawal transaction. We shall not be liable to pay
any form of compensation to You for the reason of such delays in processing Withdrawal
Requests and remitting payments
9.9
Users should note that the validation of KYC documents may take upto three (3) working days
from the date of submission of the documents. We reserve the right to validate and/or reject
the KYC documents at our sole discretion. You will be notified of the status of KYC
verification on Our Platform.
9.10
In cases where the phone number and email address provided by You is incorrect, RITKRITI
Rummy shall bear no responsibility for Your access and use of the Services being
interrupted.
9.11
Users shall be wary of any positive Withdrawable Balance and/or funds in the Deposit Segment
(excluding bonus) at the time of request for Account Discontinuation. RITKRITI Rummy shall
disburse the same to the users by electronic transfer in accordance with these Terms,
subject to any applicable charges, including an account closure fee of INR 1,000.00 (Indian
Rupees One Thousand Only) or ten (10) percent of the total funds to be transferred,
whichever is higher.
10.Bonuses:
Usage, distribution & expiry of bonus is at the sole discretion of RITKRITI Rummy.
RITKRITI Rummy also decides the percentage of bonus that can be used to enter a cash game;
this can change anytime without prior notice. Any bonus earned on RITKRITI Rummy through
promotions, offers, referrals etc., cannot be withdrawn and can only be used to play cash
rummy games.
Bonuses are issued at Our sole discretion and cannot be claimed by users as a matter of
right. The utilization percentage/rate may vary depending on the offer, and the user. The
Bonus shall have such limited validity as may be communicated to the users. You agree that
any bonus offered by us on the Platform would be first utilized as a discount against the
Service Fee.
In the event, Your RITKRITI Rummy Acount is terminated by You voluntarily, or by Us in
accordance with these Terms, all Bonus issued to You shall be forfeited and You shall have
no further right or interest in such Bonus.The amounts in the Bonus Segment are not
redeemable for any other prize, nor can they be Withdrawn directly, or transferred to
another user.
11.Fees & Services:
11.1
RITKRITI Rummy charges a Service Fee on each Cash Game played on the Platform by a User,
which may vary depending on the nature of the Cash Game and is subject to change from time
to time, as indicated in Clause 10.2 below. RITKRITI Rummy reserves the right to levy
different Service Fees for different Cash Games at its sole discretion.
11.2
It is clarified that all forms of Discounts and other Bonus, promotional winnings and rebates offered by RITKRITI Rummy to a user shall be first applied to the Service Fee chargeable to such User, and RITKRITI Rummy has the right to reduce and vary Discounts and promotions accordingly. Further, such Discounts and promotions may be subject to specific conditions, such as usage only in specific types of Games, or restricted usage only after the expiry of a predetermined time period, etc.
11.3
The Service Fee charged shall be inclusive of the Goods and Services Taxes, at the rates mandated under applicable law
12.Indemnity
12.1
In accordance to the extent that is permitted by law, you hereby agree with full knowledge
to indemnify, defend and save us and hold RITKRITI IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED harmless to
the complete extent of all awards and benefits, disbursements, litigation cost and
reasonable fee of the attorney that we may have to incur or suffer in connection therewith
including any sort of direct or indirect or consequential losses that may refer to any loss
of profit and reputation that can arise from any claims, suits, taxes, actions, cause of
actions, damages, penalties, injuries, expenses, demands, interest and/or awards imposed,
brought or asserted against us by any personany entity or individual in connection with or
in respect of Your use of the Services.
12.2
A failure by Us, to insist upon strict performance of any of the provisions herein or to
exercise any option, right or remedy contained herein, shall not be construed as waiver or
relinquishment of such provisions, option, right or remedy. No waiver of any provision
hereof shall be deemed to have been made unless expressed in writing and signed.
12.3
The latest versions of the Platform Policies, as published on the Platform, contain the
entire agreement between You and Us regarding the access to and use of Our Services and
supersedes all prior agreements, including prior versions of the Platform Policies.
13.Intellectual Property:
13.1
RITKRITI IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED and/or its affiliates, as the case may be, exclusively owns all rights and intellectual property of any type throughout the world, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, domain names, trade names, service marks, copyrights, software, trade secrets, industrial designs, and know-how in the Platform and Services, and the underlying technology and documentation.
13.2
Upon validly registering on the Platform, You are granted a limited right to use Our
Services in accordance with the Platform Policies, and You have no right, ownership, title,
or interest in the RITKRITI IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED Intellectual Property.
13.3
All the online content, materials and information on our Website/Mobile App (collectively
referred to as “Content”) are secured by intellectual property rights. The Content includes
a wide range of online items like images, designs, multimedia clips, graphics, logos,
information, text content, games, software, animation, marks, hyperlinks, and pictures. The
Content, whether or not belonging to us, is thus protected and secured by applicable
intellectual property rights. In addition, we are free to record and use, in any manner
whatsoever, all chat content, images, emails, and recommendations sent by any member or user
of our Website/Mobile App, as they form a part of the Content of ritkritiitservicestech.com.
14.Limitation of Liability
14.1
RITKRITI Rummy confirms that this Privacy Policy is only a description of its operation
regarding user information. This Privacy Policy is not intended to create and does not
create any legal rights in your favour or in favour of any other person. RITKRITI Rummy
reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without giving you prior
notice. The liability of RITKRITI Rummy shall be limited to the removal of Sensitive
Personal Data from the system of the Website and/or Application and the removal of
personally identifiable elements of the Other Personal Information. Your continued use of
the Website and/or Application constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any
amendments thereof.
14.2
RITKRITI IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any claim, loss, injury, damages,
expenses, or lost profits or winnings, incurred by You in connection with Your use of the
Services on the Website and/or Application.
14.3
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Policy and elsewhere, the
aggregate liability of RITKRITI Rummy for all claims for damages pursuant to the provisions
of services on the Website and/or Application, including claims in respect to the violation
of this Policy, shall be limited is limited to the Service Fee less bonus and other
promotional amounts, paid to Us over the preceding one (1) month.
14.4
You are solely responsible for any consequence resulting from Your use of the Platform, and
you understand that We assume no liability or responsibility for any monetary loss that You
may sustain in this regard.
15.Password and Protection
After you have registered on our Website/Mobile App, it is your sole responsibility to make
sure that you do not disclose your passwords to anybody, be it your friends, family members,
third party, or anybody whosoever. Please create a strong password of minimum 8 characters,
including capital letters, numerals and special characters so that nobody can crack that. We
shall not in any way be responsible if your user account is logged in to or accessed by
anybody else by using your password. The restrictions defined for creating a strong password
will be applicable only for passwords created on RITKRITI Rummy. These restrictions
won’t apply to passwords created on social platforms (including but not limited to
Facebook and Google) and their subsequent usage for login on RITKRITI Rummy.
16.Technical Failures
It is possible that you sometimes face disruptions including, but not limited to, errors,
disconnection or interruptions in communication because of issues in the Internet services,
software or hardware that you are using to avail our Services.
RITKRITI Rummy shall not in any way be liable for any network disconnection on your
computer, mobile or device caused by any fault or error at your end and shall not compensate
you for any losses arising from such disconnection. In case of any disruption of service at
RITKRITI Rummy end while a game is in progress, as determined by and solely at the
discretion of RITKRITI Rummy and ritkritiitservicestech.com shall cancel the game and refund
your points/cash regardless of the status of the game.While playing a cash game, you take
full responsibility for the risk of internet disconnection or interruption of communication
between your computer/mobile/device and the RITKRITI Rummy servers, any lag in or freezing
of the game or software, or any other problems attributable to your computer/mobile/device
or network. RITKRITI Rummy shall not be responsible for any disconnection of your computer,
mobile or device from RITKRITI Rummy server, except in the case of a crash of RITKRITI Rummy
server.If there is a disconnection or disruption for a short time in the middle of a game,
you shall remain seated at the table and can resume to play once the connection is restored,
unless you have been eliminated.
17.Warranty
ritkritiitservicestech.com is committed to providing updated, accurate, complete and
reliable information by publishing it on the Website/Mobile App. However, it is to be noted
that we do not represent the suitability of the information published in documents or any
other information that is updated on our Website/Mobile App. Therefore, all the information
and related graphics and images are to be considered “as is” without any warranty whatsoever
expressed or implied by us. We hereby solemnly disclaim and discard all warranties about
this information as well as all implied warranties and conditions of our merchantability,
title and non-infringement, appropriateness to any particular purpose, and accuracy of our
site, software and games of rummy.
18.Usage of Software
It is strictly forbidden for anyone to use our software for any commercial purposes. Our
software is meant only for playing rummy games for personal entertainment. You must use your
RITKRITI Rummy account only for playing games on the Website/Mobile App and must not attempt
to manipulate, decode, modify, disassemble, decompile, reverse or re-engineer our software
in any manner. Please note that use of bots or automatic play is prohibited. Any attempt to
use artificial intelligence that includes, but is not limited to, robots, in connection with
our rummy games and software is strictly forbidden. All the actions that you perform on or
in connection with our Website/Mobile App must be executed by you only through the user
interface that is accessible on our Website/Mobile App.
19.Fair Play Policy
19.1
In order to prevent any form of malpractices or unfair play in our games and on our
Website/Mobile App, all user actions including deposits, identity verification, rummy games,
and individual hands are monitored to ensure a safe, legal and fair environment for all our
users.As part of our Fair Play Policy and to prevent any form of malpractices and in-game
collusion, all user actions are monitored and recorded.
19.2
Any detection of a breach of our Fair Play Policy, such as, but not limited to, unauthorized
deposits under a stolen identity or collusion in play shall result in prompt and serious
action by RITKRITI Rummy against the offending user, including, but not limited to,
permanent termination of the user’s account, as detailed in the “Breach and Consequences”
section below.
19.3
Further, if we find that a user is breaching/attempting to breach Our security or privacy
protocols, we may, following an internal investigation, decide to undertake a range of
remedial actions, depending upon the severity of the detected breach, which may include the
following:
stop access and usage of Our Services, indefinitely, by such user;
permanently terminate such user’s RITKRITI Rummy Accounnt;
restrict Withdrawals for such user;
demand compensation for the damages to Our Services that occurred because of the breach and
prosecute a user for any violation of the law and the Platform Policies if necessary; and
prohibit the user from registering with us in the future.
19.4
In the event, We, upon investigation are of the view that any user’s RITKRITI Rummy Account
is or has been engaged in Fair Play Violations, then to the extent of the amount which is
involved in such Fair Play Violations, We may:
forfeit the fund in RITKRITI Rummy Account;
repatriate the amount to the User or individuals who have been affected by the Fair Play
Violation;
levy a Fair Play violation fee of an amount up to an amount of INR 10,000 per instance of
such Fair Play Violation. You agree that such fee is not in the form of a penalty but is a
reasonable and justifiable cost, manpower, technology, loss of reputation that We as a
Platform may suffer due to Your violation of the Fair Play Policy. The fair play violation
fee may be debited from the funds in Your RITKRITI Rummy Account or in the event the balance
in Your RITKRITI Rummy Accounnt is not sufficient to cover the fee, we may raise a claim for
such fee against You in accordance with applicable laws.
19.5
Your winnings may be disclosed to the relevant authorities, and requisite amounts may be
withheld from payouts, in order to ensure compliance with applicable law and lawful requests
from the government, regulatory bodies, or an order of any court of competent jurisdiction.
It is solely Your responsibility to ensure due remittance of all the applicable taxes.
19.6
If You do not log in to Your RITKRITI Rummy Accounnt at least once in a twelve (12) month
period, Your RITKRITI Rummy Account shall be considered inactive and a maintenance fee of
INR 250(Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) per year may be chargeable against any
funds remaining therein (“Inactive Account Fee”).
19.7
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your RITKRITI Rummy Accounnt if We find that
You are violating any of our Platform Policies, or breaching/attempting to breach the
security of Our Services in any manner, Your RITKRITI Rummy Account may be terminated
immediately and any prize, Bonus, promotional winnings, or funds therein may be forfeited.
20.Anti-Cheating and Anti-Collusion
You undertake that you yourself will play in all games for which you register/which you join
and you shall not use any form of external assistance to play. You shall not add any
unauthorized components and not create nor use any cheats, exploits, bots, hacks or any
other third-party software designed to modify the Website/Mobile App. You also undertake
that you will not use any third-party software that intercepts, mines or in any way collects

25.Fair Play Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The Parties agree that the seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, Republic of India
and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The Arbitration proceedings shall be

modifications or re-enactments thereof for the time being in force. The decision of the
arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties. Each Party shall bear their own costs
of arbitration, unless awarded otherwise in the award of such arbitration.
